Arkansas Bride Magazine {feature}

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Wait, snowflakes in June? It's true! Last winter, we had the great pleasure of designing an ultra fabulous Winter Wonderland Wedding for our dear friends and clients, Stacey and Brandon Feagans. In case you missed it, we posted some delicious photo highlights a few weeks following the December wedding, courtesy of Stacey and Brandon's fab wedding photographers, Benfield Photography.
What's this have to do with June snowflakes? With the newly published 2011 Fall/Winter issue of Arkansas Bride featuring this magical wedding, we've decided to celebrate with an INSIDE PEAK of the event with the creative vendors that made it happen and never before seen images that our talented friends Aus10 PhotoArtists took exclusively for our records and portfolio before Stacey and Brandon's guests arrived! Why not share, right?

But first, here's a special sneak peak of the Arkansas Bride wedding feature with a few lovely photos of the wedding day taken by the talented Benfield Photography. Go pick up your copy today!

Great spread, eh? Thanks to Arkansas Bride for the terrific interview and event coverage. We absolutely loved sharing informational party and wedding planning tips and tidbits for the future bride and at-home party planner. You'll definitely want a copy for your backpocket.

Of course, the spread could only cover so much, but we're eager to show the design details and behind-the-scenes shots pulled from our design vault; much thanks to the AMAZING Aus10 PhotoArtists for staying with us during setup and capturing every teeny tiny detail!

the VENUE {The beautiful Pratt Place Barn in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The marvelous architecture, friendly staff, and charming vibe makes for the perfect Northwest Arkansas venue.}

the ENTRY {Guests were greeted with a lovely winter-scape complete with freshly cut blue spruce, douglas-fir, and scotch pine trees plucked straight from the tree farm the day before. Twinkling lights and "freshly fallen snow" created a sparkling backdrop to the sign-in table featuring Swarovski and pearl framed nostalgic photos of Stacey and Brandon's parents' and grandparents' wedding days! Finishing off the glistening table was a snow-flocked garland complete with live floral and handblown glass ornaments.}

the ROOM {JJ WED provided white draping and patterned "gobo" lights in the shapes of branches and snowflakes to give the ceiling a punch of wintry glamour. Freshly flocked wreaths with glass baubles and crystal beading hung above the shimmering room of silver Chiavari chairs, custom linens, and beautiful floral designs created on-site by the Junkerman Jones team.}

the CENTERPIECES {Over 3,000 fresh floral stems were shipped in from all over the world, from Ecuador to Thailand, and were designed on-site by the talented Junkerman Jones floral artists into wintry masterpieces in varying heights. The designs were elegant, yet simple and understated incorporating shades of winter-white in the form of hydrangeas, roses, calla lilies, ranunculus, silver brunia berries, and tall birch branches. Swarovski crystal strands hanging from the branches along with mirrored candle holders reflected the twinkling lights throughout the room.}

the TABLESCAPE {Creating the first layer of the table design,  the table was set with a circle-patterned contemporary, yet elegant sheer overlay on a silver satin table cloth. The table was given a heavy dose of "fallen snow", along with the custom designed floral arrangements and mirrored glass votives. The silver Chiavari chairs were gently draped with a simple, white satin tie pinned with a square diamond brooch. Bring on the bling!}

the SERVING STATION {There was no shortage of bling for this winter wonderland wedding. JJ WED designed a shimmering serving station with dozens of glass-blown baubles hanging from flocked birch branches, as well as tall floral "trees" that framed a lovely monogram ice sculpture. Who knew chilly winter could look so hot! The Event Group did a great job warming the bellies of hungry guests; superb food!}

the CAKE {Eating freshly fallen snow has never sounded so good. Stacey and Brandon's cake was to die for. TO. DIE. FOR. The cake, designed by Main Sweets Bakery in Noel, Missouri, could have sat in an empty room, and it would have looked equally as beautiful. Their work making the fondant look like real snow was impeccable! The top and bottom tiers were wrapped in a satin ribbon with the perfect brooch. JJ WED framed this masterpiece of a cake with billowing fabric draping and a backdrop of crystal beading. A custom designed icy chandelier hung above the cake with flickering candlelight to set the romantic mood. The cake sat atop a satin "rosette" table linen with dozens of roses and hydrangeas encircling the base...and yes, tiny Swarovski crystals lit up the floral bed like ice on a snowy landscape. Pure winter heaven.}

I have been surfing online more than three hours lately, but I by no means found any fascinating
article like yours. It's pretty price enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made excellent content as you did, the net will likely be much more helpful than ever before.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which
I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for
me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
